One of the most impactful tips for all the shopowners during lockdown will be to provide a decent sanitization on the entrance and exit point of their stores, for their customers as well as staff members. Shopowners must set up one or more automatic sanitizer machines in their stores as per the size and requirements of their number of daily customers and staff.

For those shop owners who cannot invest in such machines must allow one or two members of their staff with a duty to provide sanitizers to all the customers. This alone can reduce the infection in different places of the stores like door handles, counters, money, and different products touched by the customers while shopping.

Face Masks are the initial and the most important barrier between coronavirus and our body. Making it mandatory for all the customers to wear masks while entering till the time they leave the store can stop the virus infection from spreading not only in other customers but also in shopowners and his/her staff members. Make sure that the mask wore by them must be N-95 as it has proven itself to be much better than normal masks.

As fever and rise in body temperature are the primary symptoms of the coronavirus victims. Therefore, checking the body temperature of the customers an entering the shop with the help of an infrared thermometer can be a good precaution in order to stop the potential victims of the virus from entering into the stores. Although, it is very much possible for the customers to have upraised body temperature even if they are not ill or infected but still we all know the principle of prevention is better than cure.
